Fire proofing and fire compartmentation contractor in Dubai

We keep fire and smoke inside the compartment where they start. Our teams install fire proofing, fire barriers and firestopping as one coordinated package, using tested systems installed to the approved details.

01 — Scope

Compartments that hold.

A building's fire strategy divides it into compartments. Every wall, floor, shaft and cavity on a compartment line has to keep its fire rating, including every gap and penetration through it. We install and record each part of that line.

01

Fire proofing

Fire protection applied to structural elements and building services as specified in the fire strategy.

02

Compartment walls and floors

Sealing of joints, head-of-wall gaps and slab edges so compartment lines keep their rating.

03

Cavity and curtain-wall barriers

Barriers in ceiling voids, raised floors and at slab edges behind curtain walls.

04

Penetration sealing

Firestopping around pipes, ducts, cables and trays wherever they cross a compartment line.

05

Shafts and risers

Sealing of service shafts and risers, the routes fire and smoke use most often to spread.

02 — Technical detail

How we get it right.

Start from the fire strategy

The fire strategy and the consultant's drawings set which walls and floors are compartment lines and what rating each needs. We mark these up before quoting, so nothing on a compartment line is missed.

One tested system per detail

Each joint or penetration type gets a tested system that matches its substrate, size and rating. Mixing products from different systems voids the test evidence, so we keep to one system per detail.

Coordinate with the other trades

Compartment lines are crossed by MEP services, ceilings and partitions installed by others. We agree the sequence with them so sealing happens after services are in and before ceilings close.

Record everything

Every sealed penetration and joint is recorded with its location, system and inspection status. These records are what the authority and the client need at handover.

03 — Approach

A clear path from enquiry to handover.

We study your drawings, specifications and fire or building strategy, then issue a clear scope and quotation.

  2. Submit

Material submittals, method statements and shop drawings go to the consultant for approval.

  3. Execute

Trained teams install to the approved system and the inspection and test plan.

  4. Hand over

As-built records, inspection sign-offs and documents ready for authority approval.
