How we get it right.
Bar marks and shape codes
Every bar gets a unique mark that links the placing drawing to the bar bending schedule. Shapes are scheduled with standard shape codes so the rebar yard can cut and bend without redrawing.
Laps, anchorage and couplers
Lap lengths, anchorage and coupler positions follow the design drawings and the project code. We stagger laps where the design requires it and show couplers clearly at construction joints.
Cover, spacers and congestion
Cover is shown on every section. At congested areas such as column-beam junctions and transfer beams, we check that bars fit and can be fixed and concreted, and raise RFIs early when they cannot.
Openings, embeds and pours
Openings, sleeves, cast-in items and pour breaks are coordinated with the structural and MEP drawings, so trimming bars are detailed before the slab is fixed, not on site.
